* Included in this fee are: the initial intake session with parents, one-two testing sessions with the child, a feedback meeting with parents, feedback meeting with the child (as appropriate) and the preparation of a detailed report with comprehensive recommendations. Consultations with other professionals, school observations, travel time, and other related services are billed at Jenn’s hourly rate of $175.
Cognitive (IQ) Profile for Admissions:

**fee includes a two hour testing session, followed by scoring, interpreting and preparing a detailed report, plus a meeting with parents to review testing results.
Other batteries can be arranged and fees negotiated based on client needs.
Payment
For therapy: payment is due at the time of service.
For assessment: half of the payment is due at the first appointment, the balance at the feedback session. In some circumstances, payment plans can be arranged.
For your convenience, I accept cash, checks, and Visa/MC. I do not currently take health insurance or do direct billing, but will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company.
